1. Acceptance of Terms
By using GSJ Family Life Center to place preorders, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Preorders and Pickup
All orders placed through this site are preorders for pickup at the specified event, location, and time window. You are responsible for arriving during the announced pickup window to collect your order.
We prepare food based on the pickup time you select. If you arrive significantly late, we cannot guarantee item availability or quality.
3. Payments and Refunds
Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe. Orders are generally final once placed. If an event is cancelled by GSJ Family Life Center, we will issue refunds to the original payment method.
For order issues (missing items, incorrect items), contact us at the event and we will do our best to make it right.
4. Menu and Availability
Menu items and prices are subject to change. Items marked as sold out are unavailable for preorder. We reserve the right to substitute items of similar value in rare circumstances.
5. Limitation of Liability
GSJ Family Life Center is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or from food allergies or sensitivities. Please inform us of allergies when ordering.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
